Cons 

• The washing machine stops operating when the amount of water inside is less than the required, which happens for 2 reasons, first one is if the water hose has a blockage that’s preventing the flow of water. Second reason is that the hose could be made of weak material and would get damaged quickly. But this is usually a minor problem,, that could be solved by changing the hose from the maintenance center.
• The spare parts are not always available, and that’s because they are imported.

User Experience

• The washing machine has been with me for quite some time and it functions great, it washes the laundry well, has a large capacity, and is great for washing duvets, blankets or furniture pieces. However, if the weight is heavy on the washing machine’s drum, it stops on its own. This is considered an advantage as it protects the motor. The only problem I faced with it was a malfunction in the lock of the door, but the maintenance service fixed it.
• Some users said if the laundry load went over the allowed load, the washing machine won’t operate or complete its cycle. It’s not necessarily a problem, because it protects the washing machine. I had a washing machine from a different brand, and it used to function normally even if the load is too much.
