How To Wear Contact Lenses?

1. Hands should be washed and dried thoroughly before wearing lenses.
2. Place the lens on the tip of your finger, ensuring the lens is not turned inward.
3. Pull the bottom of the eyelid with the middle finger and use the other hand to hold the top of the eyelid to widen the eye.
4. Look directly into the lens and then place it on the cornea, taking care not to close the eye.
5. Release the eyelid slowly and carefully.
6. Move the eye in a circular motion to get rid of any air bubbles under the lens.

How To Remove Contact Lenses?

1. Use the middle finger and hold it under the eyelid.
2. Use your index finger to drag the lens to the lower part of the eye.
3. Pick up the lens with your thumb and take it out without folding it.

Lens Care Method

• Put the lens on the palm of your hand, then put two or three drops of the lens cleaning solution on it and rub it slowly with the tip of the index finger of the other hand.
