When you place your order online, you will receive a text or an email when the order is ready to be received from the pharmacy. To place an order, create an account, log in, browse through products, add your favoured items to your shopping cart and checkout when ready. Al-Dawaa also offers home delivery and allows you to purchase products online and have it delivered to your desired address. Pay securely online with Visa, Mastercard and MADA cards. They also accept cash on delivery, or you can pay by using ‘My Arabahy points’ that you earn with your purchases. When you return items at the pharmacy, the money will be refunded in cash. In case of cancelation before delivery, the money will be refunded to the method of payment within 5 business days. In case you received the wrong order, the order will be replaced within 3 days. Some products won’t be returned such as medicines, food items, and cosmetics. They will only be refunded in the case if there was a problem with the item or if you have received the wrong order. In case of receiving a damaged product or when ordering it by mistake, your order will be replaced or refunded. You can refund an item within 3 days of purchase. Items need to be in the same condition as received. Items cannot be returned without the order invoice. Pharmaceutical products won’t be returned if the barcode is removed or scratched out. If the product was poorly stored, for example heat exposure etc it will also not be eligible for refund. Health insurance products cannot be refunded or replaced. Delivery time is from Saturday to Thursday (from 8am to 2am) and on Friday (from 2pm to 11am). Delivery destinations include Dammam, Khobar, Hofuf, Jubail, Hafr Al-Baten, Ras Tanura, Khafji, Al-Naeriyah, Abqaia, Qatif, Saihat, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Yanbu, Riyadh, Hail, Qassim, Buraydah, Unayzah, Tabuk, Skaka, Al-Korayat, Arar, Rafha, Tabergal, Owequla, Domat, Al-Jandal, Abha, Bahah, Najran, Jazan & Khamis Mushait. Delivery charges are free for orders with the value of 50 S.R. and more. Orders with value less than that, delivery charges cost 17 S.R. Al-Dawaa aims to deliver orders as fast as possible, however delivery time depends on order time, destination address, traffic, the nature of the order and the quantity, and the quickness of the customers’ response.
