Clarks Organic Agave Syrup is harvested from a small agave field in Mexico. Agave cultivation begins with the stalks, which are obtained from a mother plant. It takes around 4-7 years before the agave quiote is cut for higher yield of natural sugars. The farmers then cut away the leaves from the agave core and the best ones are sent to the mill to be naturally processed and bottled.
