** Amikacin Lotion – Spray 100 ml. Amikacin sulphate.
** Composition:Each 100 ml contains:Amikacin 250 mg (as Amikacin sulphate)
** Indications and usage:Amikacin lotion spray is indicated in the short term treatment of serious infections due to susceptible strains of gram-negative bacteria including Pseudomonas species, Escherichia coli species,& Indole-positive and Indole-negative proteus, Providencia species, Klebsiella and Acinetiobacter species.Amikacin sulphate is effective in skin and soft tissue and in burns and post-operative infections. Clinical trials demonstrated that Amikacin was effective in infections caused by gentamycin and / or tobramycin resistant strains of gram-negative organisms. Particularly proteus rettgeri providencia stuartii, serrate marcescens and pseudomonas aeruginosa.
** Dosage and Administration:For external use only.– Spray over the wound or infected area 2-3 times per day or as doctor’s recommendation.– Shake well before use.
** Contraindications:& People allergic to Amikacin are forbidden to use Amikacin lotion spray.
** Pregnancy && Lactation:Not yet clear.
** Usage of children:Children can use the product under medical supervision.
** Precautions && Warnings:1- Amikacin lotion spray is for external usage. Oral usage is forbidden.2- Please keep Amikacin lotion spray out of reach of children.3- Amikacin lotion spray can not be sprayed or smeared into the ears.4- In the situation of deep infection, the product should be used only after traumatic purulence is cleaned up.5- Stop using Amikacin lotion spray when any adverse reaction occurs.6- Amikacin lotion spray cannot be used when its properties change.7- If other drugs are used at the same time, please follow doctor’s instructions before using the product.
