Light frame with heavy duty clamps

Every joint has a double clamp mechanism holding it in place. The frame is made of thick aluminum rods that make this kit really sturdy. But because it’s aluminum it’s also light, mobile and relatively portable.

The most powerful drum module in its class. 630 sounds onboard, Besides the 50 preloaded kits, and 20 memory slots for your own custom made kits. This is amazing fun, the amount of fun you can have with this unit and this drum set is above anything you can under 1000$ or reaching the pro level kits. While we’re on the module, the knob is a great feature and makes you navigate through the menus a lot easier. It’s a small thing, but pushing buttons can be a hassle on other modules.

And that’s not all, the whole kit is very customizable, and if you are finicky with your sounds or just like to tinker until you get the perfect sound like me, this is miles ahead of other budget drum kits. Having a premium module really puts this kit in a class of its own.

Great feel from the hardware

The toms are reactive; it’s like under the rubber there’s a trigger plate that gives you immediate feedback. It has great Dual-zone snare that has little to no movement. Great cymbals that are shockable and have a dual trigger. Also, let’s not forget that it comes with its very own kick drum.

The Alesis Forge Kit is a complete 8-piece electronic drum kit that includes everything you need to play like a pro.

It features an 11” dual-zone snare and three 8” tom pads for great feel and natural response, plus a kick drum pad with pedal. Three cymbals give you a virtually unlimited range of playing expression and the premium chrome 4-post mounting rack keeps everything solid and secure.

The setup also includes the powerful Forge Drum Module that features 70 drum kits (50 factory + 20 user) with over 600 sounds and 60 play-along tracks, built-in metronome to sharpen your skills and more.

The Forge Drum Module also features a USB memory stick input that you can use to load your own .WAV samples and assign these to any zone of any pad on the Forge Kit.
