This monitor comes embedded with a basic HR monitor that displays the results in a very simple manner. The watch indicates your fitness levels by calculating your heart rate. The device also measures the amount of calories you burn while considering your height, weight, gender, age, and the intensity of your workout. The device enables you to set target heart rate zones manually. It features Polar OwnCode, a coded heart rate transmission that automatically locks in a particular code, and transmits your heart rate to the training computer. The watch alerts you via visual and audible alarms when you cross the preset zones. The onboard training computer can also set your targeted heart rate zone based on your age. Accordingly, the watch provides different training information while working out, which can be accessed without pressing any buttons.
