The watch can resist water to a depth of up to 50m. You can even take the watch off your wrist and attach it to your bike using the optional quick release and bike mounts. Plan, review and share your details with the world by uploading data on Garmin Connect on your PC or Mac wirelessly. The watch even keeps a track of body fat, weight, body water, and six other measurements, and displays it wirelessly on Tanita BC 1000 scale. The watch’s rechargeable Lithium Ion battery lasts for up to 20 hours on a single charge.
