The Blueberry features a pressure-gradient, large diaphragm element, sputtered with a combination of gold and aluminum. The 6-micron mylar film is tensioned to hand-built brass backplates resulting in high transient (peak) response, minimizing distortion.Extremely well-balanced response characteristics, outstanding for vocal, voice-over and acoustic instrument recordings.
