Black and Decker Electric Screwdriver - BDCS36G

The world’s first motion activated screwdriver that controls variable speed, direction and is cordless so it is easy to operate.

Using patented gyroscopic motion sensing technology the Gyro Driver senses gentle movements in the wrist to control the motors direction & speed, so driving screws perfectly first time, every time, is now easier. Simply grip the trigger to activate and twist right for forward and twist left for reverse, rotating the wrist 0-30° to control the speed.

LED work light for visibility in dark areas, hidden corners, edges and inside furniture. Rechargeable Lithium battery of the cordless screwdriver once charged holds its charge for up to 18 months whilst idle.

Gyro Technology

Using patented gyroscopic motion sensing technology the cordless Gyro Driver senses gentle movements in the wrist to control the motors direction and variable speed. Driving screws in first time, every time, is now easier because of this. Simply grip the trigger to activate and twist right for forward and left for reverse. Speed is controlled by rotating the wrist between 0 to 30° - the further the wrist is rotated, the faster the motor turns. The feel of the BLACK and DECKER Gyro Driver imitates the natural action of a manual screwdriver however completes the job with ease.

LED work light

An LED work light illuminates when the screwdriver drill is in operation. It is ideal for use in awkward areas such under sinks or in cupboards where the lighting conditions maybe poor. Another innovative feature is that the LED light acts as a low battery indicator. When the battery of the BLACK and DECKER Gyro Driver is low the LED light will begin to flash.

Easy to handle
