This is in stark contrast to in ground swimming pools, which require a brain busting, back breaking amount of work and copious bags of heavy and expensive sand. All you need to set up an above ground swimming pool is a flat, solid surface and a decent pair of hands. Steel frames are used to hold the 12ft pool's 'metal tech' liner and PVC and polyester outer wall in place. The frames are fitted together using hardwearing 'T' connectors and 'C' clips which are covered with PVC flaps to prevent rust or injury. Setting up the framed swimming pool is very simple and shouldn't take any more than an hour or two
