Equity and Trust in Nigeria, Second Edition by J. O. Fabunmi

The First edition of Equity and Trust in Nigeria was published in 1986. Since then, the book has established itself as one of the leading textbooks on the subject. It is widely used by Law students in the various law faculties in the Nigerian Universities, judges and legal practitioners have found the book useful.

The principles of Equity and the Law of Trust do not lend themselves to radical changes, yet through the creativity of the judges, principles can be extended by analogy to cover new situations. Accordingly, the developments that have taken place since the first edition have been incorporated and new chapters added to make book richer and complete.
