TIPS AND TRICKS FOR USING YOUR KEISSCO DOUGH PRESS SET

• Before closing your dough press, wet the edges of the dough to better seal.
• To help prevent your dough press from breaking, do not put excessive weight on it when pressing down on the dough.
• You do not need any cooking sprays or oil, but a small coating can help the dough slide out easier after pressing.
• Roll the dough out to the thickness you need before cutting. The thinner your dough is, the more filling you can add.
• PRO TIP: Wrap your dough press with saran wrap or plastic wrap for easy cleaning. Simply remove the plastic when done.

1. Roll the dough for perfect thickness, don't make it too thick or too thin.
2. Press the mold into the dough and gently rotate right to get a circle.
3. Place the obtained dumpling dough circle on top of each dumpling press.
4. Fill in with the correct allowed quantity of filling for each size of the 3 molds.
5. Close the two parts of the press until the margins of the dough get sealed.
6. Tip: Before closing your dough press, wet the edges of the dough to better seal.
