Step 1

1.Please use the sandpaper to polish the shoe sole and clean the dust. ( This step could be omitted for new shoes )

2. Peel off the back paper on the backside of the shoe grips on the bottom of the shoes.

3. Stick the anti-slip shoe grips onto the appropriate position of the shoe sole and press it for a while.

4. If necessary, super glue can be applied on the edge of the shoe grips to increase the fastness.
