David was getting big and  heavy very fast. In fact he weighed 55 kilos! Although he was big, he was not strong and fast. Other children used to laugh at him because he could not run fast or play field games like them. He thought he was sick but his doctor told him that he was not. All he needed to do was some exercises. The doctor also told him the best food to eat in order to get fit and stay healthy.
