Design: Oppo Reno 7 5G is the first phone to use LDI (Laser Direct Imaging) processing. It’s chiselled with over 1.2 million micro-rasters reminiscent of shooting stars. The textures with an etched design and then the interplay of colours are first-rate. The glossy back glows from blue to purple under a light source. In terms of build, the Reno 7 , Reno 7 5G and Reno 7 Pro are very similar. The Reno 7 5G is slightly more curved compared to the flat-edge design template of the Reno 7 4G. It is quite lightweight with just 173 grams of weight.

Display: The 6.4-inch FHD display (2400 x 1080 pixels/409 PPI) on the Oppo Reno 7 5G is a tad smaller than the Nokia G11, Huawei P50, Huawei P50 Pro 6.55-inch screens and similar to that of Oppo Reno 6 5G.
