Adults (including the elderly) and children over 5 years. Gently massage Deep Freeze Cold Gel into the affected area 3-4 times daily and wash hands immediately after use. Deep Freeze Cold Gel should be applied to the affected area and massaged gently until completely absorbed into the skin.
