PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONCrown Eco Binder is an Interior and exterior emulsion which has a white opaque appearance in the container but produces a clear film after application and drying. It is  based on special modified acrylic emulsion  Ideal for decorating interior and exterior, porous, non-washable surfaces to make them washable. Main areas of use include; Interior cement plaster, concrete, block work, rendered surfaces, gypsum board etc painted with matt non-washable paints and unpainted concrete, brick, stone to produce an attractive, eggshell or semi-gloss clear finish which is more dust-resistant and more easily cleaned/ washable . Advantages one gets include; Enhances features of a substrate as increased dust-resistance, satin finish and washability. It seals porous surfaces and provides good foundation for the topcoats.
