The containers are rigid to prevent crushing but stay flexible at freezer temperatures so they will not split or crack. The containers stack to save space and the special shape allows air to circulate around them in the freezer to ensure an even storage temperature. The square round seals lock in freshness and flavour and lock out air which in the fridge and freezer is very dehydrating. They can be used over and over again.
