• Olfen medication consists of diclofenac sodium (the active substance), and it belongs to the family of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins (the substance that causes pain in the human body), and also works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase enzyme, which causes inflammation and fever in the body.

Dosage and method of use:

• The usual dose for adults and children over 12 years of age: Take a dose of 75-150 mg divided into 2 to 3 doses throughout the day.
• Dosage: From 1 to 12 years of age: Take 1-3 mg in divided doses during the day.
