About this product

Nevilob for the treatment of high blood pressure and reduces the chances of suffering from angina pectoris. It contains Nevilob, a selective beta-1 agent and a blocking agent for adrenoreceptors. It reduces beta-2 receptors and reduces the force of blood pumping to the heart and works to relax and widen blood vessels.

Dosage and method of use:

• The drug is taken with food during the morning.
• For the treatment of high blood pressure: a dose of 5 mg is taken once a day every morning, and the dose is increased according to the health condition and the doctor’s instructions.
• Dosage for the elderly: The starting dose is 5 mg once daily and the dose is gradually increased to reach 40 mg.
• There are no studies confirming the safety of the drug in children under 18 years of age.
• The dose and duration of treatment determined by the attending physician must be adhered to.
• In case you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is near the time for the next dose.
• Drinking grapefruit, orange and apple drinks is contraindicated as it affects the effect of the drug.
• The duration of treatment varies between one or two weeks, depending on the body's response to the treatment.
• If you do not feel better and feel chest pain and high blood pressure, you should tell your doctor.
