* LIQUIFILM TEARS (Polyvinyl alcohol) Ophthalmic Solution 15 mL. Sterile. * Ocular Lubricant: Liquifilm tears is an ocular Lubricant for the relief of dry eye and dry eye symptoms. * Contains: The active ingredient Liquifilm (polyvinyl alcohol) 1.4% (w/v) in a buffered hypotonic vehicle   preserved with benzalkonium chloride and disodium edetate, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic,   sodium phosphate monobasic, purified water and hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH. * Dosage: 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed, or as directed. * Note: If irritation persists or increases, discontinue use. * Keep container tightly-closed.
