Product Description:

• Linezolid is an antibiotic medicine used to treat some serious bacterial infections. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.
•  This medicine is only used in cases of bacterial infections, that is, it will not work with viral infections such as: colds and flu.

Dosage and method of use:

•  Vancomycin-resistant enterococci: 600 mg orally or intravenously every 12 hours for 14-28 days.
•  Skin infections: 600 mg orally or intravenously every 12 hours for 10-14 days.
•  Ordinary, acquired pneumonia: 600 mg orally or intravenously every 12 hours for 10-14 days.

Indications:

•  Pneumonia.
•  skin infections;
•  Bacterial infections caused by susceptible strains of vancomycin-resistant enterococci.
