Others pairing method A:
1. To restart your TV
1) Turn off your TV.
2) Unplug the power cable from the outlet or power strip.
3) Wait at least 30 seconds.
4) Plug your TV back in and turn it on.
2. To reset your remote
Press and hold the Return button and the button that is diagonally up and to the right of Return. This is usually the button with 4 colored dots, but can vary depending on the remote. This will reset the smart remote.
3. Pairing remote to TV
1) Point the Smart Remote at the remote control sensor on the TV.
On most Samsung TVs, the remote control sensor is located on the lower right hand side of the TV. If not, it is in the bottom center.
2) Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.
Your TV will begin pairing process with the Smart Remote. Then a message will appear on TV screen, indicating that the remote is now Paired to your TV.
Others pairing method B:
Please return to the TV homepage first. Then select "TV Settings" from the TV menu. And then select "Remotes & Accessories", and then select “Remote Controls”. Then select to add a new remote, and then follow the steps to add a new remote.
If the charger does not work, please check the remote as following method:
Checking whether will the indicator on the remote control light up when you press any button or not, if not, the remote control is in the state of power off. you need to activate the remote control first by USB-C charging, then try again.
If it still not,
1. open the battery cover behind the remote control, check whether the battery is low power.
2. The remove the remote cover behind the remote control, then remove the circuit board.
3. Wipe the dust above it with a paper towel dipped in alcohol.
