"Cultural exchange is one of the manifestations of global phenomena and human events. Cultural exchange is more than just moving from one culture to another, it does not consist only in the acquisition of a new culture, or the loss or uprooting of a previous culture, but it seeks to integrate these concepts and the consequent creation of new cultural phenomena .As the world of communications embraces those notions, conflicts and decisions are amplified by communications technology and transportation—the ancient tendency of cultures drifting apart to be replaced by stronger forces to bring communities together. The emergence of new and contemporary media or alternative media, whatever the name it takes, was characterized by a number of characteristics, such as the ability to adapt to the development of the means of communication through different stages of time.
