About this product

• It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat infections in the throat, nose and ear. It contains cefadroxil, a first-generation cephalosporin that kills Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.

Dosage and method of use:

• The usual dose for adults is: 1-2 grams per day divided into two times. It is preferable to adjust the dates accurately to obtain the best therapeutic effect. It is also important to complete the treatment course as specified by the attending physician.
• The usual dose for children: according to weight, give 30 mg per kilogram of weight, divided twice daily, with a maximum of 2 grams per day.

Indications:

• It is used in the treatment of pharyngitis and various skin infections, in addition to being used in the treatment of acute sinusitis.
• It is used in the treatment of tonsillitis and acute otitis media, in addition to treating urinary tract infections.
