A cuticle trimmer is along handed device with a sharp razor at the end to trim excess cuticles with ease. The other side is a cuticle pusher. It is used to push the cuticle skin so they could be cut by the trimmer.

How to use it:

Soak fingers In a bowl of warm water; push the cuticle upward with the pusher side; Trim the excess skin .Generally the point of the blade of the cuticle trimmer should be directly towards the nail rather than the cuticle. Excess skin should be cut in an upward sweep.
