* Potent Analgesic. For I.M. && I.V. * Indications: & & – Post-operative pain following abdominal, gynecological, orthopedic or orodental surgery. & & – Post-traumatic pain. & & – Renal and biliary colic. & & – Visceral pain asscoiated with cancer. * Dosage: & & – Adults up to 65 years: 15 – 30mg every 6 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 120mg. & & – Adults over 65 years or with body weight less than 50 KG and patients with renal impairment: 15mg every 6 hours. The maximum & & daily dose should not exceed 60mg. * N.B.: I.M.
