          Fox - Pro 8110 Six Pack Care - 150 Kg جهاز رائع أنصحك فيه وينحت الجسم يعانون من منطقة الارداف استخدم الجهاز من 20 - 30 دقيقة مع المحافطة على تنسيق الخطوات اثناء استخدامه أنصح باستخدامه قبل ماتنزل حمام السباحة عمل حركات إحماء لليدين والرجلين لان السباحه شئ  مهم ومساعد لتشكيل الجسم. الجهاز ده بيسهل علينا ويوفر كمان النزول للجيم للناس اللي عايزة تنحيف للجسم وبيسهل علينا التمارين اللي بنعملها لان في اوقات نكون محتاجين نعمل تمارين لعضلات  البطن العلوية والسلفية او الضهر او الرقبة او الرجل والذراع لكن بيكون خلاص مفيش تحكم في عضلاتنا او في ارتاخاء فمنقدرش نقوم بالتمارين دي. وجود الجهاز في المنزل بيحفز الواحد انه يعمل التمارين اللي عايزها بس مشكلته انه طبعا مش بيغني عن فوائد السير او الجري وكمان الجهاز مش بيخسس زي الجري وتطبيق نظام اكل صحي.. هو الجهاز بينحت الجسم وبيخسس منطقة الارداف وكمان بيعمل شكل حلو للذراع والارجل  وكمان ينفع نستخدمه كبنش لتمارين الضغط بدل ماتتعمل عل الأرض وبتكون اسهل . وكمان من مميزاته انه صغير الحجم ممكن حمله في اي مكان وحفظه مش بياخد مكان كبير. كمان من مميزاته انه مزود بقاعدة توستر ودعاميات تلف 360 درجة لعمل مساج للرقبة والضهر وبيساعد في كدة برضه البكرات الاسفنجية اللي فيه. الجهاز حلو ايضا جدا للسيدات اللي مش بيكون عندهم وقت يروحو الجيم وفي نفس الوقت محتاجين يعملو تمارين في المنزل.. من عيوب الجهاز الحاجة الوحيدة اللي حد اشتكى منها ان البكرات الاسفنج ممكن تشقق وتتقطع يعني محتاجة محافظة.
