♣ Before cooking, apply vegetable oil to the cooking surface of the pan and slowly preheat.♣ Once the pot is properly heated, you are ready to cook.A low to medium heat setting is sufficient for most cooking applications.♣ PLEASE REMEMBER: Always use oven mitts to prevent burns when removing pans from the oven or stovetop♣ After cooking, clean the pan with a nylon brush or sponge and hot, soapy water. Harsh cleaners and abrasives should never be used.
