In this work, we seek to provide a simplified guide to the Arab reader that includes information related to proper nutrition, using Qur’anic verses and authentic Prophetic hadiths that clarify what is permissible and what is forbidden in food... in addition to human laws that determine the suitability of food for human consumption or not, and how to determine or choose a meal. Healthy food...with some guidelines and recommendations to get the maximum possible benefit from the food that a person eats in order to maintain his weight and avoid the dangers of obesity and malnutrition.
