Water is one of the renewable natural resources on the planet Earth, and most regions of the Arab world suffer from water scarcity, and in some areas it turns into unusable water, and the water problem applies to all water sources in the Arab world. This book aims to contribute to stimulating Arab public and private interest in a serious issue whose results we must not be surprised by, and which must not be overlooked or neglected by us, as it relates to water and the issues associated with it. Attention and awareness, and reconsidering agreements, consumption and rationalization, are the first and necessary step towards the maturation of advanced Arab institutional mechanisms to deal efficiently with the water problem in the region, which represents the first condition for implementing an Arab water project that achieves water security at all levels.Which leads to achieving Arab economic, political and strategic ambitions, and then raising the standard of living of Arab people
