Standard/Priority/Extend/VLAN mode switch Tenda TEG1126P-24-410W includes a switch for choosing from four modes: Standart/Priority/Extend/VLAN mode. Standart mode: In this mode, it works like a classic switch, all ports have auto-negation, all ports communicate with each other, Port1 to Port24 speed 10/100/1000 Mb/s, SFP ports speed 1000 Mb/s. Priority mode: Ports Port23, Port24, SFP1, SFP2 are set as Uplink ports. Port1 to Port8 have a very high QoS priority set. Extend mode: The speed of PoE ports Port17 to Port22 is max. 10 Mb/s, auto-negation is active and the range to the end device is increased up to 250m (it also depends on the end device, cabling, etc.). All switch ports communicate with each other. VLAN mode: In this mode, Port1 to Port22 are isolated from each other, each port Port1 to Port22 can only communicate with uplink ports Port23, Port24, SFP1, SFP2. This mode prevents large spread of broadcasts and DHCP spoofing.
