The Libratone Zipp Portable WiFi speaker for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac/PC and Android devices offers amazing audio performance wrapped in fine changeable Italian wool for a minimalistic aesthetic. With 1 x 4"" bass, 2 x 1"" ribbon based tweeters, 60W total, Full Digital Amplification 2.1 Stereo system with FullRoom DSP optimization, the Zipp provides mind-blowing audiophile grade sound performance. Additionally, the acoustic performance boasts a frequency range of 60-20.000 Hz with a maximum output of 96 dB SPL/1m. Built-in FullRoom technology works like an acoustic instrument featuring built-in sound reflectors that disperse and lift the sound waves in multiple directions for a rich 360 degree sound. Zipp is battery driven up to 8 hours wired or up to 4 hours wirelessly per charge with a durable leather handle for ease of movement and travel. Users can choose from an array of playing options from Airplay, DLNA and Libratone’s proprietary PlayDirect to USB audio or a 3.5 mm mini jack (analog). AirPlay and DLNA connectivity provide lossless audio streaming quality while proprietary PlayDirect technology is wireless sound straight out of the box, with no need for a Wi-Fi network. AirPlay also enables you to setup up multiple multi-room systems with iTunes on your Mac.
