Gliclazide lowers blood sugar by binding to the sulfonylurea receptors on pancreatic beta cells and stimulating the production of insulin, which lowers blood sugar by entering it into the cells and also inhibits glucose production in the liver.

Dosage and method of use:

• Based on the doctor's diagnosis, it is taken before breakfast or the main meal of the day, and sometimes twice.
