The Ultra pro reduces the amount of time required to bake or roast meals by allowing the user to commence the cooking process in the microwave and finish it in a conventional oven. The cover can be used also as a shallow dish. The notches in the corners of the rim can be used as a spout to pour liquid off dishes, and the steam release vents on the sides of the dishes help prevent steam build-up and direct the steam away from the user.The item is freezer and dishwasher safe. It is not to be used on the stove top or under the griller.
