A double-sided/double-layer disc is a rewritable disc that provides 8.5 GB capacity on one side (8 GB 2.6 GB discs). It complies with the + RW Alliance (bilateral) or DVD-Forum (bilayer) specifications. Two-sided/two-layer recording is possible thanks to the addition of a new background layer that separates the two recording layers. This allows laser beam recording on both layers. After recording the data on the first layer, the focus of the laser changes and the recording on the second layer.

A DVD + R disc is a recordable disc that provides a capacity of 4.7 GB. It complies with the + RW-Alliance specifications. AZO recording layer, the highest write stability, excellent durability.

This disc has a matte silver finish. It can be used to write on a CD/DVD pen.
