The chipset is set in the TX2 Pro in such a way that all 5 external omnidirectional 6 dBi antennas form the largest and fastest wireless network coverage possible, at the same time at the highest speed according to the given standard. All this with intelligent management of the chipset, consumption, and quality of services is a true ideal even for more demanding users. TX2 Pro also supports the unification of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies into one Wi-Fi network.

Dual-band router - 2.4 and 5GHz support There are several advantages of using both bands. It goes without saying that browsing websites, downloading files, e-mails, etc., but thanks to two bands, also playing demanding online games, HD/FullHD/4K/8K video streaming and especially applications where latency is important. The 2.4GHz band is also very noisy in larger buildings or panel houses, and thus the performance degrades to a lower level. When using 5GHz, this worry is completely eliminated. Signal coverage is provided by five 6 dBi antennas. It is also possible to use the signal repeat mode in Universal Repeater mode or AP mode. The TX2 Pro router automatically selects the ideal network for the end device.

IPv6, QoS, SMART Traffic Prioritization The router is fully compatible with the latest version of the Internet protocol IPv6 and also supports the previous version of IPv4. Thanks to this, it is possible to use other services of your Internet provider, and the router is fully prepared with IPv6 for data transmission and web browsing in the future as well. Advanced QoS is also a matter of course, thanks to which services that are demanding on delay and latency are prioritized in the network. Wi-Fi network for visiting (Guest Network) and Wi-Fi time settings The router supports network settings for visiting the Guest Network. This setting is contained not only in the web interface but mainly in the Tenda WiFi application. In addition, it is possible to precisely define the time and period when the Wi-Fi network should be turned off completely (eg for night mode).

SMART Power & LED It is also possible to set the LEDs on the device to either leave them on or off or set a timer.

Security WPA3, DDNS, protection against attacks TX2 Pro supports great security options. The latest WPA3, but also older versions of WPA, WPA2, WPA/WPA2-PSK and with TKIP or AES encryption. This menu is also supplemented with WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup). The WPS system enables connection by pressing a button on the router and on the client station, the router automatically sets up a connection secured using the highest security that the end device supports and it is not necessary to know the password to the Wi-Fi network. This method is not only fast and simple, but also safe. The router also has the option of setting DDNS for No-ip, 88ip, Oray.com, DynDNS.
