By adding this walk-through panel to the switchboard, you get a power center that you can easily connect between the existing switch and the patch panel, which already leads to the powered device (IP camera, IP phone, wireless elements, etc.).

Input for power supply via two 2.1mm 60V jacks. If the power adapter is connected to only one of the power inputs, all 24 ports are powered. When power adapters are connected to both power inputs, ports 1-12 are powered from the first input and ports 13-24 from the second input.

PoE panel works in mode B: The panel is therefore compatible with active elements with an integrated POE injector using pins 4/5 + and 7/8- (such as MIKROTIK, UBIQUITI active elements). (Does not support power supply of active elements using 1/2- and 3/6 + pins for power supply, such as IP, cameras, IP phones, CISCO active elements, etc.)

The power supply is not part of the delivery, the choice and performance parameters of the power supply must be optimized according to the respective consumption of powered elements and their configuration. Maximum allowed power values at the input to the POE panel: 24V: 576W (24A) 48V: 1152W (24A)

Notice: It is not possible to combine the connection of Ubiquiti 100Mbps products requiring a 24V power supply and products requiring a 48V power supply due to the different behavior of the POE port of Ubiquiti devices powered by 24V from eg the behavior of the port for MikroTik products.
