The Solarix installation cable, marked SXKD-5E-UTP-PEG, is a reliable outdoor Category 5E unshielded cable designed to operate Ethernet protocols, including 2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T*. The construction of the cable is U/UTP, the cable is also filled with gel to ensure better moisture resistance. The housing type is UV-stable PE with reaction to fire class Fca and degree of protection IP67. The conductors of the cable are made of high-quality copper wire with a copper purity of 99.97%. The cable easily meets the requirements of international standards ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and ANSI/TIA 568.2-D. Like other Solarix cables, the SXKD-5E-UTP-PEG cable is also marked with meters per 1 m in the range from 0 to 305 m. The cable is delivered in a highly resistant three-layer polished cardboard box (always color-coded according to the type of cable), on which are all necessary product information is listed, including barcodes, production lot, description and most important technical parameters. This cable is not intended for permanent placement in water or in the ground without adequate protection.
