Or email us and we will send you e-version instruction.Setting the clock 1.Enter this mode then press the hold the START/STOP button until the digits start flashing. 2.Press HOUR/MIN/SEC button until the desired time shows. 3.Toggle select 12Hr or 24Hr format by pressing STAR/STOP button. The PM icon will appear on the LCD for 12Hr format when the time reaches noon time.Countdown Timer 1.Under this mode, press HOUR/MIN/SEC button to set the desired time. 2.To start or stop/pause the timer, press STAR/STOP button. 3.The timer buzzer sound can only be stopped in Timer mode. Count Up Timer 1.Under timer mode, reset the countdown time back to zero. 2.Press the STAR/STOP button to start or pause the count up. 3.Note: the timer needs to stop counting before it can be reset to zero. Setting the Alarm 1.Press the MODE button until the display shows the word "AL". 2.Press and hold the START/STOP button until the digits start flashing, then set the desired alarm time. 3.Press the START/STOP button to confirm and exit setting. 4.Press the START/STOP button to enable the daily alarm function. The icon will show up on the display when the alarm function is activated.
