Mechanism Of Action Of Cinnarizine

• It blocks the effects of histamine in your brain to reduce symptoms of travel sickness. It also acts as a calcium channel blocker. This helps improve blood flow in the inner ear and reduces symptoms caused by vertigo, tinnitus and Ménière's disease. Cinnarizine works gradually.

Therapeutic Indications Of Stugeron 25 Mg Tablets

• Cinnarizine is used to treat poor blood flow to the limbs and disorders where there is spasm of blood vessels such as Reynaud’s disease.
• It is also used to help certain balance problems and to control motion sickness.

Method Of Administration Of Stugeron 25 Mg Tablets

• This medicine is intended for adults and children older than 5 years of age.
• Take this medicine as indicated by your doctor.
• Take after food to avoid stomach discomfort.
• The usual dosing is 1-2 tablets.
• For motion sickness, take it 2 hours before traveling.
• For vascular disorders, take it 2-3 times daily.
• Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
• If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
• Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.
