With the introduction of the PS3 in 2006, the world thought that it was as far as our imagination could take us. But the highly advanced gaming system and successor to its predecessor known to gamers as the PS4 has proved us wrong yet again. With a powerful and commanding AMD x86 64 Jaguar 8 Core Single Chip custom processor, games will no longer lag or stutter, and you will enjoy a butter smooth gaming experience. This console has a terrific AMD Next Generation Radeon graphics engine that includes eighteen compute units. These units provide 1.84 Tera Floating Point Operations Per Second. It has 8.0GB GDDR5 RAM which is 16x faster than the RAM present in PlayStation 3. This 8.0GB RAM adds to the performance of the CPU as it has a clock speed of 2.75GHz and memory bandwidth of 176Gbps. It is recommended that you play all your favourite high end on an LED HDTV as this console is capable of rendering games in Full HD. It supports photographs and videos at a resolution of up to 4k. It also includes a read only optical drive that supports BluRay discs and reads them at speeds 3x faster than that of the PS3.
DualShock 4 Controller
The new DualShock 4 controller has been designed to provide an immersive gaming experience. Like its predecessor, the Dualshock 3, this controller can be connected to the computer via Bluetooth 2.1. It contains a three axis gyroscope sensor and three axis accelerometer sensor. All six sensors are highly sensitive. A two point capacitive touch pad is located on top of the controller which is clickable and offers gamers new ways to interact and play video games. The controller also has improved vibration that makes your gaming experience all the more fun.
Share The Experience
Share your personal feats and challenges with your friends and the community on the PlayStation Network. Engage in personal challenges with other players online with the press of a button. Simply press the ‘Share’ button on the controller and tag the last few minutes of your gameplay. Once you hit the share button, the console automatically records the videos as you play and uploads it on the network. You can also view videos uploaded by other members of the PlayStation community. This is a helpful feature, as you can view walkthroughs and finish a difficult level of any game by comparing your gameplay style with the style uploaded by members of the community.
