Once built, the Sandcrawler can move around scavenging for lost droids, crashed starships, and other treasures. It also has some amazing functions that you can play with. For instance, by turning the knob at the rear, you will be able to steer the Sandcrawler into position. Once you get to your destination, simply lower the front ramp to let the droids out using the two working cranes. The toy contains a selection of scavenged offerings that would make Luke Skywalker and his Uncle, Owen Lars, stop in their tracks. The contents include R2 D2, an R1 series Droid, an R2 unit, R5 D4, a Treadwell Droid, Gonk Droid, and even C 3PO. The Sandcrawler Does

With eight tracks, it provides a steering function that lets you maneuver this hull around the desert along with all your Jawas and their fellow voyagers. Lower the front ramp when you need to get off board to show off your wares and make sales. Open the side flaps and remove the top to reveal the internal functions of the Sandcrawler. This is accompanied by the working cranes, and also a speeder bike included to enable the Jawas to venture out in to the desert. It also features an opening hatch for easy access to the cargo on board. The attachable handles will be used to lift and move cargo off the Sandcrawler.
