There’s free delivery for orders over KES. 7000. For orders less than the latter value, the delivery charge is KES. 250 within Nairobi and KES. 400 anywhere else. Pick your delivery option upon checkout either by choosing the nearest pickup location to you or by entering your delivery address. For same day delivery in Nairobi, place orders before 11am, and the order will be delivered by the end of this day. As for orders placed after 11am, they will be subjected to next day delivery. Delivery outside Nairobi usually is within 72 hours. If you have received the wrong order, call or send an email within 24 hours from delivery time. It’s not advised to open or damage an order if delivered to you by mistake or if you receive a wrong order. For exchanges, contact HealthyU within 72 hours from delivery time. There are a few items that won’t be eligible for exchange such as refrigerated items and items that have been opened or damaged due to poor handling, poor storage, etc. It’s important to have the invoice with the returning orders.
