Mlango Farm delivers fresh vegetables straight from the farm on a daily basis to top hotels and restaurants in Nairobi that want to use the best and fresh quality.
Since 2007, the fertile but then neglected farmland of Mlango was cleared and planted with fruit trees and vegetables. About 10 acres are now under irrigation.
Kamande & Els, are a Kenyan-Dutch couple who started Mlango Farm in 2007 from neglected farmland. Over the years we have built up a beautiful organic farm with over 50 different crops. We love to share our passion and acquired knowledge with our guests.
At Mlango Farm we aim at a sustainable way of farming, without using chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. In 2010 Mlango Farm has been certified by Encert for organic crop production. This certificate has now expired, but nonetheless, Mlango is working the same way as before, learning and improving day by day.
