Samir and Aly is one of the largest stationaries in Egypt. They sell office, school, art, and engineering supplies. You can order any of the items you like online, and they will be delivered within 3-5 working days, unless certain products are out of stock and need restocking, in that case, orders can take a longer delivery time. All orders are delivered to offices and homes. All the products are sealed and you need to pay the full amount before opening them. You can pay by credit card or cash on delivery, and note that in case of refund, you will get your money back with the same method of payment. In case of refund, your request should be made within 14 days from the delivery date and the product should show no sign of usage, and should remain in its original package; you should also have the copy of the receipt available. If you want to exchange any of the products delivered to you, you need to follow the previously mentioned steps and note that you will be charged for the delivery fees; but if the item was faulty or damaged, you won’t pay for the shipping fees. If you faced any missing bills or shortage, you should report it within the first 24 hours after the date of delivery.
