You can browse using filters, as style, size, price, origin, type, and so on. They ship inside Egypt and worldwide. Inside Egypt, you pay EGP60 for delivery. You can pay using your credit card. For return pieces, they need to be in original condition and shipped back within 14 days from delivery date. Return shipping fees are on the customer. Before returning your item, send an email to sales1@kilim.com with all the details. Customized rugs can’t be returned, unless they were damaged during the shipment process.
