The Wonlex Q50 is a GPS locator for kids that can be worn on the wrist like a wristwatch. It has a small display of the size 0.96 inches. The display is of OLED type with a resolution of 128×64. There is an optional display size variant of 0.95 inches available too. It packs a 364 MHz processor MTK 6261 chipset and supports English and Chinese. The firmware used by the watch is MTK G. The dimension of the entire watch is: 21x52x11.8 mm. With a 400mAh Lithium ion battery, it provides a standby time up to a couple of days. It also has one 0.5W, 8 Ω speaker for communication. It has support for Bluetooth 3.0 and optional support for v4.0. It has three physical buttons on its body that is used for Power on/off, emergency SOS signal and volume increase or decrease.It features real-time tracking of your kid that is accurate to seconds. The kids watches can exhale 3 numbers and uses GPS and base station aided positioning support to continuously track the position of your kid. The watch has been designed keeping children in mind and, therefore, uses an edible form of silica gel that has been certified. It also supports SMS/ mobile client queries and Internet location query services. Google plane and satellite maps supported for tracking purposes. It also features an electronic fence using which you can be alerted whenever your child breaches virtual boundaries designated by you. The built-in hi-fi microphone is highly sensitive and lets you in on the conversations taking place in the kid’s surroundings. In short, it virtually keeps an eye on your kid on your behalf and keeps you informed.
