          يونيون إير من أكتر الحاجات اللي بتعيبها هي سوء خدمة العملاء فيها اللي أكيد بنحتاجها مع شركتهم لان الأجهزة عندهم على طول فيها مشاكل، الغسالة هاف أتوماتيك ال 10 كيلو تعتبر معقولة كسعر ومواصفات، حجم الحلة الداخلية للغسيل كبيرة لكن ما تقدرش تحملها بنفس السعة في المواصفات اللي هي 10 كيلو لأن موتورها ضعيف وخاماتها كمان ضعيفة، بتاخد أي نوع مسحوق وموفرة جدا في الناحية دي، لكن الهدوم بتطلع منها موبرة ومستوى تنضيفها متوسط مش عالي زي الأنواع التانية، بتستهلك مية وكهربا أكتر من الأنواع التانية الهاف أتوماتيك، وطبعا بتحتاج توصلها بالسخان علشان المية السخنة، ومرة حصل عندي مشكلة في الغسالة وكانت خدمة العملاء مستواهم سيئ جدا سواء في الاستجابة أو التصليح وقعدوا يصلحوا الغسالة في وقت كبير وترجع بنفس العيب لحد ما استغنيت عنها.
